In the beginning, special selected coffee seedlings were started from our Red Catuai beans in our nursery then carefully replanted on our Estate grounds.  The perfect climate and volcanic soil bless our Estate in Kualapu'u enabling us to produce an exceptional and rare coffee commercially grown on Moloka'i.  

Additionally, our in-house Roast Master has perfected a roasting technique to create a high quality rich-bodied coffee with chocolate undertones unique to our 100% Moloka'i Estate-grown coffees.
