Specialty Coffee Association of America - Long Beach Convention
May 5-7, 2007, Long Beach, California — Coffees of Hawaii will be at the convention, serving coffee and aloha spirit. Stop by Booth #341 and experience our coffee, with the music and dance of our hula dancers.
*The SCAA is an internationally-attended show with well over 2,500 exhibits showcasing everything you ever wanted to know about coffee, from seed to cup. Those exhibiting and attending, include coffee growers, roasters, retailers, café owners, brokers, suppliers and manufacturers. The SCAA Convention also hosts the US Barista (espresso bar attendant) Championships and the winner receives cash awards and an all-expenses-paid trip to compete in the world finals. No conference would be complete without workshops, and the SCAA fills over 25 skill-building workshops which are made available to those attending.
Giving back
We support the revitalization of both culture and ecology in our home, the Hawaiian islands. That's why we donate one percent of revenues to this cause. Learn how you can make it happen.
We are not just 100% committed to offering the finest Hawaiian premium coffees: 100% Moloka‘i coffee, 100% Kona coffee and 100% Maui coffee. We also are 100% committed to supporting the revitalization of both culture and ecology in our home, the Hawaiian islands. That's why we donate 1% of revenues to this cause. More than that, we actively support the people of our home-base island, Moloka‘i, which many consider to be the most traditionally Hawaiian of all the islands. We must be pono–that is, doing the right thing. The native culture teaches this by example: It takes strength and courage, smarts and passion, to malama the ‘aina–to take care of the spirit of the land that feeds us. We want to be part of that tradition.
Malama Hawai‘i. There is nothing like it anywhere else on planet Earth.
