Premium beans from throughout Hawai‘i come together, capturing the essence of the islands. A medium roasting releases that essence. Then our roast master adds a touch of fine, island-grown vanilla. The flavor is as fresh and clear as our island tradewinds. Island Style Vanilla contains no less than 10% Hawaiian beans.

Our blended coffees include high quality arabica beans from Nicaragua. We know their quality because we grow and roast these beans ourselves—at our thousand-acre plantation on Cerro de Jesus (Jesus Mountain) in the Segovia region along the northern border with Honduras.
