The Coffees of Hawaii Affiliate Program is a fast and easy way to add e-commerce to your website and earn revenue. If you have a website, you can join our affiliate program and promote our site and products by establishing links from your site to ours. Each time a visitor clicks from your site to www.coffeesofhawaii.com and purchases items, you earn commissions. We have partnered with LinkShare to provide the accurate, quality service and effective affiliate management you deserve.

2. Who is LinkShare?

The LinkShare Corporation is a New York-based, independent organization and the largest provider of affiliate programs on the Internet. LinkShare provides the software that enables us to track affiliate activity and which also allows you to view your activity.

3. Does it cost me anything to become an affiliate?

No. It is absolutely free to join our affiliate program.

4. How do I join/start?

Getting stated is easy: 1) Read Coffees of Hawaii Affiliate Terms & Conditions, 2) Complete the brief online application, 3) You will receive an instant e-mail confirming the receipt of your application. We will review your application as soon as possible and notify of your status. If your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your user name, password and detailed instructions on how to begin pulling our links and text.

5. What do I earn?

Earn up to 8% commission on referred merchandise sales with a 30 day cookie for return visitors. You earn commission on all sales that take place up to 30 days after you send someone to www.coffeesofhawaii.com. For example, if a customer visits your site and clicks on our banner ad and doesn't buy anything right away, but purchases something at Coffees of Hawaii's site a few days later, you still get credited for the sale.

6. What products earn commission?

All products at Coffees of Hawaii, except for tour reservations, are commissionable.

7. How do product returns affect commissions?

If a customer returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

8. Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?

Yes. As a bonus to your participation in Coffees of Hawaii Affiliate Program, you can buy products for yourself through your links. However, you may not buy products through your links for reselling or other commercial purposes.

9. How do I know what commissions I've earned?

Once you join, you will receive a user name and password via e-mail that allow you to login to the Linkshare Network and check your reports including how much commission you have earned.

10. How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid on monthly net sales, and do not include returns, cancellations, sales tax or shipping and handling. We encourage our affiliates to sign up for wire transfers in order to provide a more expedited payment processing. You can set up this payment option upon approval of your participation in Coffees of Hawaii's Affiliate program. If you do not activate this option, payments will be made by check. All checks will be mailed to the billing contact you put on the Affiliate Application.

11. Will you provide me with banners and graphics to use for my site?

Yes. We will provide you with all needed banners, graphics, textual links, and marketing support. We will change seasonal banners. Affiliates must update their banners on an ongoing basis. After each holiday you must pick up a new, updated banner from the Create Links Section of LinkShare. If you don't want to continually change out banners, you may pick up our generic logos which are valid year round.

12. Who does Coffees of Hawaii want as affiliates?

Coffees of Hawaii wants sites interested in selling our products. We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we will need to approve your site base on certain approval guidelines. Mainly we look for sites that:

• Are aesthetically pleasing.
• Do not display content that may be deemed as hate, violent, sexually explicit or offensive.
• Are fully up and functional and not under construction.
• Are not personal homepages or personal websites.
• Do not promote drinking or drug use.
• Do not promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Do not promote violence or illegal activities.

13. I have more than one website, can I register each of them?

You may register more than one URL as long as they are different sites and not multiple URL's of the same one.

14. Can a website outside the United States be an Affiliate?

Yes, Coffees of Hawaii accepts affiliates from almost any country. We are also proud to offer Coffees of Hawaii for any international delivery.

15. How should I design my website?

You are free to design your site and promotion as you see fit and as long as it does not violate our Affiliate Terms & Conditions.

16. Can I use content from www.coffeesofhawaii.com on my site?

You can contact us at affiliates@coffeesofhawaii.com if you have specific content that you would like to use. We will need to approve the use of the content and placement prior to its use.

17. What uses can I give to your trademarks?

We're proud of our relationship with each of our affiliates. There are specific guidelines on how to identify yourself as an affiliate within our Affiliate Terms and Conditions. However, please note that Trademarks may not be altered, modified, amended, or changed in any way. You are only entitled to use our trademarks to the extent that the Affiliate Terms & Conditions Agreement remains in full force and effect. For a variety of legal reasons, it's very important that our relationship be properly represented on your web site so please do not indicate that you are "part of" Coffees of Hawaii or that you are "Coffees of Hawaii".

18. Can I bid on Coffees of Hawaii on search engines?

We do not allow our affiliates to bid on our brand terms or on our display URL on search engines. For example, you many not bid on "Coffees of Hawaii" or "coffeesofhawaii.com" or other variations of our brand name. Doing so can result in the termination of your Affiliate account with Coffees of Hawaii.
